Your service is INCREDIBLE. I tried calling two other companies before yours and they both told me that I need to know what I wanted before I call to place my order!
I called yesterday and spoke with Jim for more than a 1/2 hour about different stuff that I was looking to buy. He was very helpful and courteous and best of all, I never felt rushed; he was actually HAPPY to speak with me; what a difference! Because of your customer service I placed my order with your company. This morning my package arrived at my door step less than 18 hours after I placed my order late yesterday afternoon. WOW!
I'm just writing to tell you that it's refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that provide good ol' fashioned customer service. I'm going to be telling all my friends and colleagues about DrawerSlides.com.

Just wanted to thank you so much for the Blumotion, model 971A9700 and the spacers. What I find hard to believe is I placed two orders and each time I ordered the items I received them the very next day (without any special shipping). They're easy to install and my wife and I love what they do. So getting them the NEXT day made the experience of installing and using these little babies even that more fun.

I just placed my second order with your company and thought I should comment. First of all, your company was recommended by a friend who told me you had great prices and excellent service.
When I visited your website I was pleased to see not only great prices but a great selection. Your website is extremely well-designed. So easy to find what you want and checkout is a breeze! My first order, several weeks ago, was delivered on time (faster than expected), well-packaged and complete.
I should add that while browsing your site I found slides that I didn't know were available and just ordered a pair today. What prompted me to write this morning is that within minutes of placing my order, I received a shipping notice and tracking number by email! packed in shrink wrap and Styrofoam peanuts.
